Delivery Time*:  1-2 weeks manufacture completion time, followed by FedEx next working day delivery.

Details:  We require 1-2 weeks to complete engraving on the case-back and attach it to the watch case. On occasion, we have certain serial numbers pre-prepared and ready to go, in which case this time can be significantly reduced. When shipping occurs, it will be sent via FedEx and tracking details will be sent via email.

Europe

Information on Import Charges

Products delivered to some international destinations may be subject to taxes, fees, levies or other charges, which are imposed by local legislation. Thus, the price of the product will remain the same whether being sent to the UK, EU, US, or other overseas location, to allow for these fees.

*Oxbridge Watches cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs processes with international destinations. Estimated delivery times exclude any such delays.

Returns Policy

Oxbridge Watches accepts the return of any item purchased from the online store, dependent on the following conditions:

  • You must notify Oxbridge Watches of your intention to return an item within 14 days of receipt by emailing enquiries@oxbridgewatches.com to receive a returns reference number that must be included with the return.

  • The item for return must be received by Oxbridge Watches within 14 days of issue of the returns reference number.

  • Each unwanted item must be returned in an identical condition to that in which it was received by you, defining this condition as new, unworn, unaltered; displayed in its original packaging with all supplied papers.  For watches this includes: -

    • All packaging boxes

    • Watch wallet or watch roll

    • Dust Bag

    • Technical Notes booklet

    • Warranty Card

    • COSC certificate

    • Any spare strap, if included in the sale 

    • Watch tool

    • Any spare links from altered bracelets.

  • Watches must be returned with the returns tag attached and fully intact.

  • Please note: Oxbridge Watches and its manufacturing partners inspect all products for quality assurance immediately prior to dispatch.

  • All unwanted Bremont items must be returned to: Bremont Returns, PO Box 4741, Henley-on-Thames, Oxon RG9 9BZ. Other Oxbridge Watches items must be returned to the address given via email when notifying of the return and are under no circumstances to be sent to the Bremont Returns address.

  • Unwanted goods must be returned using a traceable, reliable and insured method.  The return postage must be pre-paid and all returned goods must be fully insured for the credit amount you expect.  Should the return parcel incur loss or damage, you will be liable for the costs associated with said loss or damage.

  • All items will be thoroughly inspected prior to any refund or exchange being made.  Disregarding original manufacturing defects where relevant: if an item is returned damaged and is in need of any refurbishment, the costs associated with any relevant repairs and/or refurbishment will be deducted from any refund otherwise due to you.

  • You may be eligible to exchange an item should any unwanted goods be returned in identical as received.  However, please note that Oxbridge Watches is not obliged to agree to make any exchange and is entitled to treat any attempted exchange of goods as a simple return.  Notwithstanding the above, any exchanges are subject to availability (and any balance of the purchase price owed being duly paid together with additional postage and or other dispatch costs of the exchange item).

  • Returns made in accordance with these credited to the original payment method and will be made within 14 days from receipt of return.
